This platform helps the business you're messaging manage customer conversations that come in through WhatsApp. It receives messages via Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API, uses an AI assistant to answer routine questions and gauge how serious a lead is, and gives that business's team a dashboard to review, respond to, and follow up with customers.
We use this information to respond to your messages, answer your questions, follow up if you haven't heard back from us, and — only if you've opted in to marketing messages and haven't opted out — occasionally send relevant updates or offers. Message content may be processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies and assess lead intent; it is not used by that provider to train models on our data.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your phone number, name, or message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers that make this system work (Meta's WhatsApp platform, our database provider, and our AI provider), strictly to deliver the service itself.
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any conversation. We will confirm your opt-out and will not send further messages, including marketing broadcasts.
We retain conversation history to provide ongoing support and maintain accurate business records. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us using the details below and we will remove your personal information and message history, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
